I had a great time

I had a great time and really enjoyed my move for the first time ever. They were totally professional and from the time they arrived until they left on the pickup end and delivery end, This moving went smooth and without any problems or mess, What’s even better, was my super affordable price.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Big Fraud Company and SCAM Alert!... Please be careful of these guys. They ransom you 3-4 time money apart from the estimate provided and they don't release your stuff unless you pay the money. I paid $3000+ for my moving and they initially gave the quote of $1200 only. Apart from this we had lost our QUEEN size expensive mattresses when they delivered our stuff after 1 month with stressful nights. If you really want to take chance, I would suggest to take pictures of your stuff whenever these guys are picking up your stuff and make sure you have all the evidence.Check your agreement before sign and take the pictures of the copy also don't forgot to take all the documents before these guys leave with your stuff. They will try to take advantage of your situation and they will make you cry for your own stuff. Call the police if necessary. People like Amber, Ali, Ashley are all unprofessional and rude in this company and few people are only worried about getting a good tip so They keep saying “make sure and take care of me and my guys”. Don't pay anything to these guy for their unprofessional service and making customers moving experience so stressful.
Overall decision is your.. No-one can change destiny when you dealing with these unprofessional guys.

Still Haven't Gotten My Stuff (~2 Months)

I hired Xtra Mile for my move from New York to the Western U.S. this past June. I had my bedroom furniture / personal belongings picked up on June 15th with a target delivery date of July 2nd. The Company states that they guarantee delivery within 30 business days of the desired date. That 30-day period expired for me on August 13th. I have been extremely accommodating and have fulfilled my terms of the contract to-date, having paid the initial down payment (~80% of the contract value).

Throughout my moving process, Xtra Mile has been an incredibly difficult partner. Despite my move being quoted at $1,250, at the time of pick-up, the rate moved to $3,000. Although I had a targeted July 2nd delivery, my items were not handed off to the actual shipping company for delivery until July 16th. My Xtra Mile contacts throughout the process have actively been screening my calls and will seldom respond to emails -- the most effective means of communication has been through text messaging and even at that, they rarely respond and when they do, their communication has proven to be entirely disingenuous.

Xtra Mile partnered with a trucking company (as is standard with the moving industry) to deliver my belongings, in addition to many other individuals. From July 16th to now, I have been able to get in contact with the owner of the trucking company and have maintained an active dialogue regarding the status of my items and the nature of their relationship with Xtra Mile. To my best knowledge, the following is the reason for having not received my delivery: My items were the final of many for the Xtra Mile / trucking company contract. There has been a miscommunication among parties regarding expenses and Xtra Mile is refusing to pay a ~$600 balance on this particular contract. Until final payment, the trucking company is going to withhold my items. My items have been in storage under trucking company's name since August 6th and my conversations with the trucking company since then have given me no reason to believe that the two companies are making progress towards a resolution. Throughout this period, Xtra Mile has refused to accept any responsibility for the poor handling of the move and is firm in their stance that the lack of fulfillment is not their fault.

Living in an empty apartment for close to two months with an end seemingly moving further away is a an awful experience.I hired Xtra Mile for my move from New York to the Western U.S. this past June. Professional movers

Last year, I was promoted at my job and had to move to NYC as a part of the hike. On the suggestion of a colleague, I hired xrea mile Moving to carry out the job for me and I am glad I chose them because they are the best in the field. As soon as I contacted them, a representative was assigned to me and he called me up for details. He then visited me personally and took all the details regarding the move and also asked me for some special considerations I was looking for, which really clicked for me. I could actually sense professionalism in the way they were working.

They were well in schedule for packing my things and took proper care to pack the delicate items separately to ensure their safety in transit. The stuff was there at the destination right in time, even before we had reached there. Xtra mile Moving has dedicated team of movers, who went an extra mile to help us with the setting of the new home, something that people seldom do. I appreciate them not only for the quality
