Paid way more than quote. Was told there would be 2 packers and a driver and i ended up with 2 people total which resulted in sloppy packing, taking longer to pack, and not following basic procedures. They were very late and ended up working late, like 10pm
Although they were working hard it all would have been a much different experience with that other person they should had
It's all about the money and not the satisfaction or regards of any kind to the person paying a lot of money for their services. Overall what was already stressful became even more so in many ways
Was bad on many levels!!!
