Poor customer service. Added stress

he quote process was simple and easy. We were informed that the estimate was binding. We were told it would be a 2 day process with packing on the 1st day and loading on the 2nd. Our moving coordinator was very responsive to calls and texts during this time.
The week of moving (Feb 2018) the truck was delayed by a day. They showed up the following afternoon with 3 men to fully pack and load our 2000sq ft home. When half of the truck was loaded we were informed that there would be additional charges because we required more cubic ft than was quoted. They threatened to leave our belongings outside if we didn't pay. Multiple attempts were made to call the company with no answer. We also attempted to call and text our moving coordinator without response.
As the men moved our furniture they put holes in our drywall and ripped trim off walls. This damage had to be fixed by us prior to closing later that week.
They did not bring enough packing supplies and used several of our personal blankets and pillows to protect our items.
They stayed in the home packing and loading until the truck was full (around 2am).
They left several items behind and we were forced to rent a uhaul the day prior to closing on our home to transport the remainder of our belongings.
Multiple phone calls and emails after packing and transporting went unanswered. I did eventually get Caroline from customer service to call me and she said she would look into it and get this resolved. I have heard nothing since from customer service, despite multiple calls and emails.
Last week (aug 2018) we received a bill for storage of our items stating that if we dont pay they cannot continue to store our belongings. I have again attempted to contact customer service via phone and email with no response.
I would not use this company again. Moving is stressful enough without the extra hassle they have caused.
