FRAUD SCAM

FRAUD! SCAM! Stay away. Don't believe Nick, Dylan, Bob, Rob, or any other person that works here. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT! They will lie to you and make you sign a contract, but over charge you during you actual move. I would rate this company with 0 starts if that was possible

stressful move

Was lied to during the phone conversation with James concerning the deposit refund policy. Called customer service and received the run around and no return call as promised. Very bad experience at a very stressful time in life. This company should be ashamed of how they treat people.
