Interstate Movers of America Inc

I paid our deposit and called them with some questions about the process that was not clear from our contract. The customer service person I spoke to was not able to answer simple questions and became quite angry the more I asked about their business model. I asked the following:

1) Given they are based in Florida, where are their local offices in our area in California?
2) Who will be performing the move, are they locally based employees or are they hiring contractors?
3) Why is the only accepted form of payment to the driver in cash or postal money order on the day of service?

In short, they want us to put all of our belongings into a truck with random drivers that only accept cash payment. Is that something you would do with your stuff? If yes, hire these guys. If not, hire someone else.

Additionally, according to US DOT, they have no fleet.
