How Pineapple Express Movers
Working with Pineapple Express Movers was a horrible mistake. I signed a contract with Pineapple Express Movers to some treasured pieces of furniture and twenty three boxes filled with family photos and other irreplacable heirloons and keepsakes,items I have cherished all my life. Because of Pineapple Express Movers it looks like I will never see them again. The shipment left my house on a Pineapple Express Movers truck on October 23,2018. When I had not heard anything for three months,I started to call and email Pineapple Express Movers. At the end of January,Christie said the shipment would arrive in two weeks. No shipment arrived. I called again at the end of February,and was again told the shipment would arrive in two weeks. Another two weeks elapsed. When I called this time,I was no longer able to speak to Christie at all. The receptionist claimed that Christie was out to lunch or on the phone or out of the office. She took my messages,which Christie never returned. My emails to the original contact came back with the message that the address was no longer valid. Their website has disappeared. In short, Pineapple Express has cut off communication with me,disappearing with my possessions and my money. This is simple theft. I guess I am going to have to figure out who to consult with to bring justice to bear, beginning with the Better Business Bureau,Hawaii and California State Departments of Transportation, and the police
