Worst business experience of my life
I am 30 years old and I have never had a worse experience with a business in my life. This is easily the most unprofessional, trashy company I could imagine dealing with. They said the shipment would take 6 days; it took 14 days. At no point did they call ahead of time to let me know it would be late. It was due Tuesday; on Wednesday evening I called the office, they almost never answer the office phone. They texted me (!!) and they told me it would be there on Thursday morning "guaranteed". Thursday evening, I called and was told Friday during the day. Friday, it became Sunday. They didn't even bother contacting me on Sunday, and Monday nobody answered my calls either. Tuesday morning I got a text saying it would arrive that day. I called the office and got told by noon, then an hour later was told 3 to 6. Later that day I got a text saying Wednesday. Finally, the car showed up Wednesday afternoon. They rarely answered the office phone, and every time they told me they were giving me the "drivers" number, it was really the "dispatcher", but was really just some woman phone number who literally didn't answer my phone calls once and would text back days later. Screw this company, you're literally better off using anyone else.
